New to the NDIS?

Understanding your NDIS journey

The NDIS can feel like a lot to take in at first, and that is completely normal. We are here to make it simple. Here is what you need to know, and how we can help at every step.

The basics

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a national program that provides funding to eligible Australians who live with a permanent and significant disability.

It pays for the supports and services that help you live your life, work towards your goals and take part in your community. That can be everyday help like personal care, right through to building your independence and connections.

  • Your funding is shaped around your own goals
  • You choose the providers that feel right for you
  • Support is about independence and belonging

Am I eligible?

You may be eligible for the NDIS if you:

Are under 65when you first apply
Are an Australian citizenor hold a permanent or special visa
Have a permanent disabilitythat affects daily life

Not sure if this is you? That is okay. Reach out and we can help you understand your options.
