Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Support in your own home for as much of the day as you need, from a few hours to overnight to around the clock. You keep the say over how your home runs, and there's always someone there when it counts.

Who it's for
You have SIL funding in your plan and want steady, reliable support to live well and safely in your own home.
Daily Living & Personal Care
Help with showering, dressing, medication reminders and meals, done quietly and without fuss. Your support worker follows your lead and moves at your pace, so mornings and evenings feel calm rather than rushed.
Community Access & Participation
Someone to go with you to the shops, a class, the footy, a catch-up with friends or an appointment across town. You do the things you enjoy, stay part of your community, and pick up confidence along the way.
Support Coordination
Your plan can be a lot to take in. We sit down with you, explain what your funding covers, line up providers who suit you, and handle the back-and-forth. You leave knowing what happens next and who to call.
Community Nursing & Complex Care
Clinical care brought to your home by trained nurses, so you skip the trip to a clinic. Wound care, continence support, managing medications and higher-intensity needs, all handled safely and kept private.
Respite & Short-Term Accommodation
A short stay away that gives you a change of scene and gives your family a chance to rest and recharge. You're well looked after the whole time, so everyone can take the break knowing you're in good hands.
Transport Assistance
A lift to appointments, work, study or wherever your day takes you, arriving on time and without the stress of buses and timetables. You get where you need to be safely, and back home again.

Plan-managed
We invoice your plan manager and sort out the paperwork between us, so there's nothing for you to chase.
Self-managed
You stay in control of your supports, and our invoices are clear and easy to read at a glance.
NDIA-managed
As a registered provider, we can deliver supports for agency-managed participants too.
